In today's digital age, the Internet plays a crucial role not only in personal life but also in education and research, offering numerous benefits such as multimedia connectivity with many people and various platforms, while also opening up the possibility for individuals to access vast amounts of information (big data) for research and teaching purposes. However, using the Internet without knowledge and consideration can have negative impacts on personal development and learning, especially for students from different schools, resulting in consequences such as lazy thinking and work distraction. This article emphasizes analyzing the effects, both positive and negative, of the Internet on monastic students of Saint Alphonsus Theologate, regarding their lives and learning. Through this, it aims to propose more suitable solutions for managing the effective use of Internet benefits, helping students to apply the Internet in their studies and ensure both physical and mental health in their religious lives.
