Abstract

The purpose of this study is to help us objectively see the reality of vocations in some religious monasteries in Saigon. Many assess that the number of vocations is decreasing and that the greatest impact is from the family side because the family is the cradle of the life of faith, as well as the place where vocations are sown. The consecrated vocation is still a special vocation between a developed society with different theories and religions. Especially not because everyone loves, especially not religious people choose to follow the path of Jesus, but especially because God himself chooses to call in his own way: “Before forming you in the morther’s womb, I knew you, and before you came out of your mother's womb, I sanctified you, I made you a prophet to the nations."
