The Incarnation is a unique event in the whole universe. This unique event is certainly a unique initiative of God, but it may not be a completely "random" initiative. We can also discover in it a kind of "logic" that, in a sense, can be said to be a natural consequence, a natural consequence of love. This is the logic of the kind of love that has the nature of God, the Incarnation is actually the familiar line of the love of God: the love that gives itself.
