Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors influencing the decision to choose the Redemptorist vocation among the Redemptorist aspirants in Saigon by evaluating the impact of various factors: family members, the local environment (parish), the media outreach of the Redemptorists, and the pastoral approaches of the Congregation. Through this, we also gain insight into how these factors affect the choice of a consecrated vocation. Based on the findings, appropriate methods can be proposed to identify, nurture, and strengthen vocations to consecrated life among young people.
