This article explores the vital role of liturgy in the missionary life of the Sisters of the Lovers of the Holy Cross. Liturgy is not only the center of spiritual life but also a source of strength that sustains the journey of following Christ. Through liturgical celebrations such as the Eucharist, the Liturgy of the Hours, and Holy Mass, the Sisters draw divine grace to live a consecrated life with love, humility, and faithfulness. Liturgy fosters fraternal communion, nurtures communal life, and inspires a missionary spirit. The article affirms that liturgy is the soul of religious life—a sacred space where the Sisters are deeply united with Christ. From this union, they carry out their mission of love and service within both the Church and broader society.
