The article analyzes Psalm 130 based on its progression, from the plea to God to the affirmation of trust and hope in God's forgiveness. Characterized by the plea for forgiveness, the proclamation of mercy, and the hope for salvation, Psalm 130 is a testament to deep faith in God and His compassion. Through thorough analysis, this study not only highlights the meaning and importance of Psalm 130 in a theological context, but also provides readers with a source of inspiration to face and overcome life's challenges with faith and hope in God
