n the conversation between the MC and Father Giuse, Father Giuse emphasizes the preciousness of life and the Catholic Church's viewpoint on protecting life from the moment of conception. Father Giuse clarifies that life is a priceless gift from God and that infringing upon or accepting abortion is a grave sin. He also addresses euthanasia and believes that it is not permissible to directly kill a person to alleviate pain, even in cases of severe illness. However, the use of painkillers to reduce pain is considered acceptable, provided it does not aim at death as either a purpose or a means. Finally, Father Giuse shares an example of Saint John Paul II’s mother, who refused an abortion despite facing health risks. Through this, Father Giuse highlights respect for life and the individual decision-making of each person when facing complex health and life situations.
